Post-Consultation & Reports Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
This Post-Consultation & Reports Policy explains the follow-up support, dispute, birth-detail accuracy, and re-consultation terms that apply after a session or report booked through kaalkarma.com/consultations.
1 Follow-Up Support Window
Once your consultation with Rachana Charantimath is complete, we remain available to help with follow-up queries for 7–10 days from the date of your consultation. This window gives you time to reflect on the session, revisit the recording, and reach out if anything needs further clarification. Queries raised after this period may not be entertained, so we encourage you to get in touch within this timeframe if you have any outstanding questions.
2 Scope of Follow-Up Support
Follow-up support is intended to help you fully understand what was discussed in your original session. It is strictly limited to:
- Questions directly related to the scope of the original consultation; and
- Doubts regarding the remedies suggested during the session.
This support is offered at no additional cost, within the window described in Section 1, for matters that fall within these two categories.
3 New Concerns & Re-Consultation
Any new concerns, additional life areas, or questions that fall outside the scope of your original consultation are not covered under follow-up support. These will require booking a new session through kaalkarma.com/consultations, so that adequate time and attention can be given to the new matter.
4 Reports & Birth Detail Accuracy
For birth chart reports, the date, time, and place of birth entered on the order form are used exactly as submitted to generate your report. Please double-check these details carefully before submitting the form, as an inaccurate birth date, time, or place directly affects the accuracy of the chart and the analysis built on it.
Once a report has been generated based on the details submitted, corrections to the birth date, time, or place will not be entertained. If you discover an error after submission, a fresh report will need to be ordered with the corrected details. We strongly encourage you to verify your birth details against an official record (such as a birth certificate) before filling out the form.
5 Raising a Dispute
If you have a concern or dispute regarding your consultation such as the conduct of the session or the guidance provided so please raise it with us within 7 working days from the date of your consultation. We will review the matter and respond in line with this policy and our Refund Policy, where applicable. Disputes raised after this period may be more difficult for us to investigate and address.
6 How Follow-Up Support Works
To raise a follow-up question or dispute, please write to us using the contact details in Section 8, along with your consultation date and a brief description of your query. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will let you know if your question falls within the scope of follow-up support or requires a new consultation.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Post-Consultation & Reports Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect on the date of your consultation or report order will apply to that transaction.
8 Governing Law & Contact
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India. For follow-up queries or disputes:
